Audio problem

Just got my Versa 2 and I'm thinking about taking it back. The audio is bad lots of popping in the music. I've restarted, factory reset, and unsynchronized and resynchronized my Bluetooth headphones and speckeds and the probably isn't resolved I've also tried different headphones. And I've been told the are fixing the problem but everyone said they have been saying that for over a year. Help please

Considering that the Versa 2 isn't a year old. .

 

My guess it has bluetooth communication problems. 

If your not moving the arm and get the wrist where there is good sound, does the pops go away?

Have you restarted the tracker. Unpaired and then paired the headphones.
