Second day having my versa 2, and the auto wake was working fine. Today it’s stopped, and when I check the settings it won’t let me change it. The option is faded out, and can’t be selected. Anyone had this? How do I fix it?

Hi @HSJ17 , do you have the "Always on Display Mode" activated? If yes, disable it and you can set your display to autowake again. Regards kuzibri

Hi, Always on Display is not selected, but it also faded out and I can not select it.

Hi, go to the settings on your Versa 2, press it and go to screen activation, See if you can chnage it there, otherwise restart your Versa three times by pressing the left button untill the Fitbit logo appears. Regards kuzibri

Finally sorted. It was in the settings shortcut on the drag down screen, rather than in the actual settings screen where I was looking. I’ve turned them all off and back on again.
