Awful Returns Experience - Versa 2

Has anyone had a good experience with Fitbit returns? They must be the worst company have had the displeasure of dealing with.

My 10 month old Versa 2 developed a fault, so I contacted support / returns and got a RMA, this wasn't straightforward but got there in the end.

I sent the watch back almost a month ago and heard nothing back, I have a DHL delivery receipt so I know it was received at there returns depo in the Netherlands at the end of October.

Still nothing from Fitbit, I have chased it via online chat and I have been told "It looks like we have lost it sir" and it has been escalated to another team - this team however is impossible to contact it would seem and still, over a week later, no contact from Fitbit.

Terrible products, terrible company. I still have my near 30 year old Casio watch working fine, the Fitbit didn't even last a year.

I hope someone has found this message when researching Fitbit and decided against buying one.
