BPM Reading Missing

Can anyone assist, my Versa has suddenly stopped reading my BPM.

I have read several posts online about restarting my phone and Fitbit; turning the Heart Rate settings on and off; even factory resetting my Fitbit and uninstalling/reinstalling the app. Nothing has worked.

On your Versa under settings, is the heart rate turned on @Georgieb82?

Are the green lights properly flashing even if the geart rate is off?

Do they stop flashing shortly after the Versa is removed from the arm?

Also having this issue. Multiple factory resets and reboots. Nothing is fixing it.

Thanks for getting back to me. The heart rate setting is on and the green light is flashing if I take a peak while I'm wearing it but after a few seconds of removing it it stops.

Strangely enough it worked fine overnight but stopped soon after I woke this morning. I have attached screenshots of the past two days (plus this morning) and you can see the large chunks that are missing. I have had the Fitbit on the whole time. It never missed a beat until Saturday afternoon.
