My bpm is not registering. Any fix?

Is the green light on the back of the watch flicking rapidly? If it is then restart your Versa and follow the tips in THIS Help Article on getting a Heart Rate recording. Restart your tracker

If the light is not flickering rapidly go to the Setrings App on your Versa and make sure Heart Rate is turned on
