Greetings, I received my Versa 2 from the Amazon Fitbit store back on Aug 10. For the first 2 or three weeks, the battery would last 6 to 7 days as advertised, but over the last week or two I am lucky to get 3 days if I wait to charge it when it is around 5%. There was an update a while back, is it possible that the update is causing the rapid discharge, other wise I can only suspect fautly hardware. Is there anything that can be done to resolve my issue. Thank you.

Hi @gjy0724
I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your battery life since the last update. Please try restarting your Versa a few times. Hold down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo, what for it fully restart, then do it again. This worked for me and for many others that experienced diminished battery life.
Fingers crossed it does the trick for you too.

I performed several reboots as you mentioned, both before and after my last recharge and I still only got 2 day or so out of the device. I can only suspect it is defective. I even ensure all-day sync was not enabled.

Hi, is it in the “always on” mode? I will only get 3 days with that mode and 6 days with it off. I have also noticed if I use the SP02 watch face at night it drains it faster (which is to be expected).

No, it is definitely not set to "always on". I just went through and change settings I thought might extend battery life but I didn't see much that would help. No, I typically use the "Situational Awareness" or the "Terminal" faces.
