Once my battery if fully charged to 100% within a matter of minutes it drops to 99% however it consistantly shows my Battery as Medium? Does medium refer to the batteries health or merely the charge life..... Is my watch faulty or am I missing a trick here, the watch is less than a week old? 😞 Really disappointed tbh!

@Johnnybee90 The battery medium in the Fitbit mobile app defines how much battery is left. Medium is below 75% I believe. Does your tracker sync without issues (steps, distance, calories, floors, notifications, etc.)? You should not see battery medium when your Versa's battery is 99%. Also, do you have any 3rd party clockfaces installed? Try changing the clockface to one of Fitbit originals. Rebooting the tracker several times is a good idea as well. You can do that by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.

Thanks for your quick reply, I do seem to have trouble syncing with the Fitbit apps sometimes, I have the standard watch face set from start up, but the battery consistently shows medium, I've tried the restart several times, also logging in and out the app again. One thing I have also noticed is when charging the fit bit the battery charges to 99% and remains on this for a 2 hour2 and will no reach 100%? This is my first Fitbit purchase and I'm a little disappointed to say the least

Hey @Johnnybee90, it is great to see new faces around! Thanks for trying to restart your Versa as @Marrrmaduke suggested you. Sometimes, your watch will take a few minutes more to reach the 100% of battery, but 2 hours and no 100%? That is too much. While charging your Versa, you have to make sure that the pins on the charging cradle align with the gold contacts on the back on the watch. Also, I'd like you to tell me, are you using the USB port on your computer or a wall adapter?
Keep me posted!

@Johnnybee90 aside from weird battery behaviour, what gives me pause is the fact that battery status is not displayed correctly even though Versa syncs. That leads me to believe the information is not being relayed properly. At this point, I would do the following:
1. Remove Versa from your account within Fitbit mobile app and uninstall Fitbit mobile app.
2. Forget Versa in your phone's Bluetooth settings.
3. Factory reset versa by opening Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and choosing Factory reset. Please not this will wipe your versa (erase all data), so please sync it first.
4. Reboot your phone and install Fitbit mobile app.
5. Set up Versa again by adding it as a new device in Fitbit mobile app. Follow the instructions on the screen.
