Battery and steps count issue in Versa

The worst Fitness device I have bought. Disappointed with Fitbit. I have below issues:


1) Steps are counted when I keep my watch on the table.
2) I use S8 and the battery goes form 100% to 50% in just 2 Hrs
3) Have to use app for downloading songs into versa (no Bluetooth transfer option available)


Kindly look into the issue.

I will be glad to help you out with the issues you are experiencing with your Versa:

  • Steps: I would like to know if there was a fan or anything that may have been buzzing or vibrating on the same surface that your watch was places? If there was, I recommend placing your Versa on a different surface and see if the issue persists.
  • Battery: Is this issue happening with your phone or your Versa? If it is with the Versa, follow the instructions in the help article Can I improve my Fitbit device's battery life?.
  • Music: In the help article How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch?, you will be able to see step by step how to download music to your Versa.

Also, feel free to visit our feature suggestion board and share the ideas you have to improve Fitbit products.
