Just received my versa yesterday. During set up it updated to version 32.33.1.30. I was excited to see my sleep results when I got up this morning, but there were only 2 hours logged. And my battery was drained. I charged the versa this morning, changed back to the original clockface, I have not used any apps and it is down to 50% battery in less than 4 hours. Now I am seeing suggestions like turn off notifications and heart rate monitoring. Why would I buy the versa, if I didn't want the heart rate monitoring?

I am having the exact same issue. However, I have had my Versa for over half a year. Since I updated it to the new firmware or software (I don't know what it's called), my batter life is nonexistent. I fully charge it and within 6 hours it's dead. Charge before bed, when I wake up it only tracked 3 hours of sleep before it died. I turned off the auto-screen so that I have to manually turn my watch on with the left button. But it's extremely ridiculous. I refuse to turn off any other applications like the heart rate monitor, because why else did I spend so much money on this...

Hi, try restarting your Versa, sometimes this needs to be done more than once. After that charge you Versa fully and see if the problem solves. Regarding the Sleep issue, that is determined by several factors, like HR, resting HR, etc. Might be that this is a self solving problem once you waer the Versa somewhar longer. did you enter your bedtime, wake up time, etc??

Sorry to say it did not work. I have restarted it 3 times then made sure it had a full charge. It has used 25% battery in 1 hour. I just turned off heart rate monitor to see if that makes a difference, however it is one of the reasons I bought the versa.

Well I have restarted the versa several times but it did not help. I just turned off the heart rate monitor to see if it makes a difference. I am not happy about having to do that because it is one of the reasons I bought the versa.

Hi, this is strange and should not happen, therefore I would advice to contact Customer Support regarding your battery issue.

Mine is doing the same. I’ve had mine over a year and the battery would last days. I updated it yesterday and now it lasts 4 hours if that. I am highly disappointed

I turned the heart rate monitor off but the battery is still draining. And the green light is still flashing. I hate having to contact support. Very disappointed.

Hi, I know that, but's your only option at this moment, unless you want to perform a factory reset and see if that solves your battery problem. Since your Versa is new, you will not loose a lot of data. Read the article with full attention>

I have contacted support and they have offered to send a replacement. By the way, I did try the factory reset but it did not help. Thank you for your help.

Have you contacted support? If you have, what was their solution? Your situation is exactly what I am afraid of. They have offered to send me a replacement. But I don't want to accept it then have another problem after my warranty is up and get stuck with a piece of junk.
