Battery draining in under 24 hours

My versa battery used to last 4 days and now it won't even last 1 day. I haven't changed any settings, I've had the same phone for almost 3 years and never had this problem. It's extremely frustrating when I have to recharge it in the middle of the day or when it dies in the middle of the night. I have several friends who have the Versa and they have started having the same issue. Please advise.

I have this SAME issue, ever since the firmware update. Very frustrating!

Hi @NadenaGibson It is very annoying, but batteries do deterioriate over time. Try restarting the Versa several times and see if that bucks the life up. Also have a look at THIS  Help Article on Battery Life. If nothing helps then contact Support and see if they can help you.

I have only owned it since July 2019.
It shouldn't deteriorate this quickly.

My Versa was just purchased in July 2019.

There's NO way my battery should only last 5 mos.

@almaraz_m15  You are correct - it should certainly last longer than that. Contact Support (see the link I posted above)

Been having the same issue. Two nights ago, it died while I slept. Last night I charged it to 100% and 12 hours later it's already at 60%. I didn't change any settings and my device is only a few months old. Not sure if the latest update has anything to do with it.

I've been having the exact same problem since the latest firmware update. I refuse to believe that the timing of the latest firmware update and my sudden decrease in battery life are a mere coincidence.

If this problem isn't rectified by Fitbit, I'll purchase a Samsung watch that offers that same features plus many more.
