I just bought a Versa the beginning of January. I don’t even get a full day charge anymore. I have worked through the suggestions on the site- taken all alarms off, don’t have an animated clock ( just have one you guys provide not a 3rd party. Have it set so I have to click it for the screen to turn, keep the screen dim and don’t use it for music or internet at all. Some times I get the email notification saying it’s low, and sometimes it just dies. It was at 100 when I left my house this morning, it’s not even noon and I’ve already at 24%. I am really disapointed in this product so far. Any help is appreciated

I had the same exact problem and they replaced my device. Please follow the steps below to conduct a battery drainage test:
How to perform a battery drain test to see how long your Versa's battery lasts after a full charge:
When the battery is completely drained, meaning that your tracker is no longer responsive and you no longer see the low battery indicator, contact Customer Service to let them know the day you fully charged your tracker and the day it was fully depleted.
