Why is my 2 week old Versa still not syncing 99.9% of my texts and Facebook notifications, while most emails have finally started coming thru, when they want to, not necessarily when they come into my phone? And yes, everything is hooked up correctly and turned 'on.' Get lots of texts and FB notifications on my cell, but vast majority never make it to my Versa. Only have 3 notifications turned on, to save battery - the 3 mentioned above. Only one works fairly well now. Is there a quick, easy answer or do I need to return Versa and go back to my full functioning Charge 2, which works fine? Got Versa for the extra features. Only good if those features work and work consistently... two of the 3 I chose so far, don't. Frustrating.

Hey @214fbvck19, welcome aboard! I appreciate you have made sure that the notifications were correctly set. I would suggest you to take a look at the troubleshooting in the help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know if that works.
