Did the recent update. Versa told me it was adjusting settings to save power. Now it will not charge. Was working perfectly before recent update.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Hi, I too am unable to charge my versa and the battery is completely dead now.
I have left it on charge for some time as advised, but still nothing.
