My battery is not staying charged this past week, I’ve only had a couple of issues with my versa and I need it for medical reasons to keep check of my heart rate but I think it is slowly dying any help?

Hi, first of all restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve the problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test. Whenever you think my post really helped you, see my signature. Thanks.
