Hello - On Monday night I updated my Versa firmware and then let my Versa charge. On Tuesday I started At 100’%. At 11pm it was at 48%. Wednesday at 6am I woke up and the Versa would not power up. 0 %. Completely drained in less then 24 hours. Used no GPS or exercise function on Wednesday. Had Updated firmware and switched clock face to Slant.

Hi @Sccasey. Great to see you here in the Forums.
I'm sorry that the Versa's battery is draining and thanks for sharing that this started after the firmware update. Let's work on this together! As you may know, the battery depends on the features and how often they're used. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, but just to take into consideration the conditions that may affect your watch's battery. While you didn't use GPS connection, some 3rd party clock faces might affect the battery life. Since Slant was designed by a developer, let me recommend to restart your watch, change the clock face to one from Fitbit and monitor it's behavior. You can also find more tips to preserve the battery life in this help article.
By the way, I've moved your post to the Versa board so you can receive more related responses about this situation and to keep our forums organized.
Keep me posted.

Hello - 1st thing I didn’t was change to All Stats clock face. I have used a lot with long life battery success. Same issue. I then chatted with customer service and followed their instructions. Still most I can get is 52 hours before needing a recharge.
