I am disappointed with my new Versa. One of the features that made me decide to buy it was that the battery would hold a charge for seven days. What it should say is that it might hold a charge that long if the wearer does not use any of the features. I have written to customer support expressing my disappointment and was told I could return it for a refund.

How are you charging it?
