Bed position and adjustable base vibration

Ever since I bought a bed with an adjustable base to be able to raise my head or my feet or turn on vibration, my versa cannot track sleep or steps at night. I have been asleep for 9 hours, but my versa says 2 hours. I haven’t woken up for the new day at all, yet I’ve gotten in 10.000 steps already. My head and feet are both slightly elevated. The vibration only lasts for 15 minutes after I toggle it on. Not sure why it messes it up so bad. However, it really does suck that buying a better bed has ruined half of the features on my Fitbit.

The Vibration is what is adding the steps.

I would buy that except sometimes I don't even use the vibration at all, and it still seems to tell me that I have only slept for 3 minutes some nights. Did I get a messed up product?

@T3rmin4l no. @WendyB is right. vibrations add steps and steps make versa assume you are awake.
