Bedtime reminder

I've been using my Versa since Monday and the bedtime reminder doesn't appear on my fitbit. It appears on my phone (iOS) but not in the Versa.

I've already tryied activating the notifications from the Fitbit app, and the notification appears, but not a reminder as the reminders to move.

Before the Versa I had a Charge 2 and it showed reminders like "Your bed is waiting for you" and things like that, what I really liked.

What can i do?

I found out the best way to make that work is to set up the bed reminders for my phone in the app and then go into Versa notification settings and allow Fitbit (the mobile app) to send me notifications to my Versa. I don't know if iOS has the same settings, but this is how it looks on Android.

Tried everything, but the reminder is not working 😞 I hope they solve it soon

Note: you can set up your bed reminders when you click on the sleep review tile and click the cog in the upper corner to go into Sleep Goals.

I got the notifications from the Fitbit app activated, but I think the bedtime reminders should be different from the notifications from the app, as they were on the Charge 2.

I've checked the bedtime reminders on the app and they are activated too.

Support just told me that Versa doesn't support bedtime reminders. Apparently only Alta and Charge 2 have that option.

Yeah this is so silly, only getting bedtime reminders in the app but NOT on the versa. It's really handy to have these reminders on the wearable device.

They can fix this with an update, since it's software, so lets hope they do. 

Anywhere we can contact Fitbit about this?

I called support service and told that only Charge 2 and Alta receive the reminders but they didn't offer any solution 😭

I enjoyed this feature on my charge 2. Hope they come up with remedy. Reminder on app without notification on band seems incomplete.
