I know it's only been a day, but has anyone figured out the best way to track spinning? Would it just be categorized under the "bike" preset?

From the app I went to the Versa picture, tap it and go to "exercise shortcuts". That is where I searched for spinning and added it.  If you already have 7 exercise shortcuts you will have to delete one then press the “plus sign” at the top and spinning is a choice in the list.  I think the Bike exercise is for outdoor cycling with GPS

Hi @madisoncate,

There's actually a dedicated Spin mode, that I'd recommend using. Take a look at the article below for the steps how to do this.

Did you have issues with your updated activities appearing on your device after you had modified them within the app? I added spin in the app and it's not showing up on the actual watch even after syncing and restarting

After removing an exercise you don’t want and adding spinning, you need to click on the word versa on the top left corner (on your phone). You will go back to the previous page and there, under the All -Day sync you will see green Sync Now. Press that. Make sure your Fitbit is charged. After that you should see Spinning in the Exercise list on your watch.

How do I get ‘Spinning’ to autotrack? It comes up on my exercise shortcuts fine but doesn’t come up on the autotrack option. Anybody know how to do this?
I keep having to do it manually and almost always forget to start/stop it.

@AGC63   Sorry, but spinning is not auto-recognized.  I really wish that spinning could be auto-recognized.  I have seen accelerometer tracings from people on a stationary bike.  If a person can develop an algorithm to say that this is spinning or a stationary bike, then that person deserves a huge bonus!
