A couple times Fitbit Versa has recorded miles & mph , but most times these are left 0 & 0 , what gives with this ?

How do you track your bike rides? If you track using Smart Track (just let the Versa track it) or use the exercise App without using Connected GPS the Versa will have no idea how far you have travelled as distance varies with the gear you are in and whether you coast down hills or pedal all the time. The only way it can get a distance is by using GPS, so it is only the rides where you use GPS that you will get distance and speed information. Does that answer your query?

Which mode are you using to record the bike tided @TennRiverReb.

Do you get a map of your rides? Only rides that display a map will have distance, and auto detected  rides will not display distance.

I hit the exercise icon , then the bicycle icon in that . Then I hit start and off I go . I hit the pause button everytime I stop for water break or change my podcast etc . Sometimes I get this when I finish , other times this

Fitbit likes to mark them as solved.  This just happened to me too!!!!

@Jhoop2002  @TennRiverReb It is usually not deliberately marking something as a solution that is clearly not.  I sometimes hit solution accidentally.  In any case I have removed it as having a solution as it is clearly not solved.

To get to your question (thanks for the photo) - I have no idea (sorry)  Was the GPS connection continuous (ie did you get a map)?
