HELP!! After almost 2 hrs, unable to change fitbit Versa band. Not a knockoff band, purchased from fitbit. Watched every video available. I now cannot wear it - can't get original band back on.  Purchased Versa from Amazon but additional band from Fitbit.  Do I have any options??? HELP!

Hi @Lizhz The bands are not the easiest to change, I certainly agree, though I have always managed. Do you have a young friend or relative with more dextrous fingers you could ask to have a try?

For now, you can try a jeweler or watch repair shop.  The pins used in a Versa are used in other style watch bands.  This tool is a miracle.  It is also available on Amazon with some replacement pins.  Search Fitbit Versa pins.
