My Versa 2 has lost the Bitmoji clock face. It is there for me to choose from the clock list but comes up as black. I still can use all other functions but no Bitmoji clock face. I tried to download the Clean Cues clock face to check if the device was working and it tells me it can't complete the download. I've checked connections and they are all fine. The Waveform clock face works but not the Bitmoji one which is the one I want. Please help. Thank you.
