My Snapchat account says "connected to fitbit" and Butmoji is already connected, created, and been used for years. but Fitbit app says "Waiting for connection..."
All apps updated! I've followed every step and tried deleting and re-downloading and restarting.. Fitbit app never gets to step of choosing colors, just "waiting."
Versa just shows regular message saying to connect Bit to Snap but apps confirmed connections already.
Please help.

I am having similar issues with mine, @SweetDD, and was instructed to do a Factory Reset and then load the watch back on. I haven't had time to switch the clock face back to Bitmoji, but when I do, I will let you know what worked for me.
