Just upgraded to versa 2 .. all has gone well and telephone calling is finally working (i l had versa since launch so 2 years nearly and it never worked)
But now my Bitmoji watch face isn't working. It's stuck on this screen 👇 I've tried everything to get it to work.. updating apps, reinstalling apps, turning off and on again.. it's driving me nuts..help!

Regarding the Bitmoji clock face issue that your Versa 2 is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying to get the issue resolved and the screenshot provided. I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if the clock face could be installed properly.
In the meantime, make sure that you are following the steps listed in this help article in order to install the Bitmoji clock face.

Thank you. I did finally get it working. I uninstalled Fitbit, Bitmoji and Snapchat and basically started again from scratch. Eventually after much patience and persistence I got it working!
