Bitmoji won't update on Versa

I have Fitbit Versa and have been trying to update my Bitmoji all day.

Hi @Becalee , if I were you, I would not use/install the Bitmoji Clock Face at all. It leads to a lot of problems, such as you describe. Only type in the search bar of the homepage of Versa Smartwatches "Bitmoji" and you will get a lot of topics regarding problems with it. Install just another CF developed by Fitbit itself, for the Versa "Light" is the default one, and see if that works without any problems. Regards kuzibri
