Hi,

im just wondering if anyone has successfully fixed their Fitbit after having a black screen?

I’ve tried recharging and resetting. Its just got the back light and vibration but I can’t see anything.

my husband just had the same problem hold the button down till the screen flashes off and it should rest it

Thank you, I’ve tried that loads of times, it resets but still can’t see anything but the back light
