Today while wearing my less than 3 month old Versa, it went completely black, even though I fully charged it lastnight. When I checked on my phone it is fully charged. What do I do? 😞

Hi @Toni5 , restart your Versa three times in a row by pressing the left and right lower button together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support when your Versa is still under warranty. Regards kuzibri
