Have had this less than 1 month. Worked fine until this morning. It’s completely charged. Black screen only. Pressing and holding the side button does nothing.

Hi @slpopej , since your Versa 2 is almost brand new, contact Customer Support, this is totally abnormal. Regards kuzibri
