Hi, today the time on my Versa decided to stop being accurate so as it wouldn't sync and correct I tried a factory reset. The Versa now has the big red X and the message saying data not cleared, sync and try again. I have tried the 3 button reset and even tried loading it onto my computer but none of the resolutions already showing on the community are working...help!

Hi @Sholman , yes this is indeed a hard to solve problem. If I were you and your Versa is still under warranty, contact Customer Support asap. regards kuzibri
