Black screen on Versa

My versa was working fine up until yesterday morning. When I noticed the screen was black with the Fitbit logo showing on and off. It has full charge. This morning it now has white lines down the left side  of the screen and the rest black. I tried the reset but nothing happens. Help!!! I need my Fitbit back!!!

Hi, try the restart procedure 4 to 5 times in a row and see if the problem is solved. When not, contact Customer Support about this problem.
