Hi there, @mags25. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Versa 2 went blank. I understand where your concern is coming from. I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi thanks for replying.
I can't restart my fitbit as the screen is blank, or is there another way to do this?
I've also went into the app and changed my clock face, bur still my screen is blank .
Is there anything else I can try?
