Hi,
My BPM has been blank for over 2 weeks. I've followed all the steps recommended on the app/website to fix it but still no luck. I've checked the watch sits well on my wrist, checked all the correct settings are done and restarted the watch and still nothing.

Not knowing what has been tried.. Have you checked the settings to see if heart rate is turned on?
Restarted the tracker, better yet shit down the tracker?
Tried setting up the Versa as a replacement device?
