I have had my Versa Lite for a week. Today the screen went black and will not display. The device is still vibrating, linking steps, but there is no display. It has a Fitbit clock face. I have tried to reset it 15 times. When I reset it, I can tell it is illuminating, but there is no display... it never goes to the Logo screen. I even unlinked it from my phone and tried to set it up like a new device and the display is still blank.
