My Fitbit Versa screen is black and I can not view anything. However it is still syncing to my phone. I have tried to reset it by by pressing the two buttons on the side and it hasn’t reset yet? Please help

Same with my problems yesterday, I had tried many times restart but finally I give out, it still can not work. Today I make a call to them than they ask me send back to them , they will replace for me since my one still under warranty, hopefully can get it soon
