My versa screen went blank this afternoon for no real reason. I’ve had it about a month with no other issues. I’ve tried holding all three buttons and restarting but I can’t actually tell if I’m doing a reset because the screen still comes up black/blank but as far as I can tell it seems to switch it off. I also can’t tell if that’s how to do a reset properly so if anyone has any insight into that then it might help. If anyone has any good solutions to this it would be great!

Hi, when you do a factory reset by pressing and holding all three buttons together, you should feel a strong vibration after a while and after that you only release the right lower button. If that does not happen, either you did not wait long enough or your Versa is dead. In this last case, contact Customer Support with your problem. I'm also sending your a link about how to perform a factory reset and after that setup your Versa all over again. Good luck!!
