Blocked Versa 2

I recently bought a smart watch, it worked for about a week, then I couldn't synchronized with my phone, so I reset the watch.  The app shows a message saying that the watch has been blocked, I imagine that it was  stolen, is there anything I can do about it?

Hi @Julliano2305 - You should chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support. They should be able to check.
