Blue across sceen

Hi, I did factory restart my phone last night and now all night I have light blue working across the screen.  Is it cause it is factory restarting?  Or what is going on.  It has been since 9 pm last night and still not done

Hi @Sheensmarie , since you have performed a FR, the Versa needs to be setup all over again as it acts as a new watch, so Fitbit OS must be reinstalled on your Versa. Did you have your Versa in the charger and connected to you Computer after the reset? Regards kuzibri

I have been trying for 6 hours today after doing what live chat tells me and it did all last night.  Today it got further during the 6 hours the blue screen was almost complete then it failed
