I did a factory reset earlier this week to solve some other recent issues I was having (appears to have worked, so far), but since then the Bluetooth connection keeps dropping. I open my iPhone 6S settings and it sees the Versa, but it is not connected. I connect and it connects immediately. Notifications are turned on under settings in the Versa. I never had to worry about dropping the Bluetooth connection before the factory reset.

Hi @DKJAX Try restarting the Versa several times and see if that improves things

Nelly,
Happy Friday and thank you for your suggestion. I have tried powering it off several times. In fact, my Fitbit now powers itself off and restarts on its own. I have become totally frustrated with factory resets and powering it off and on. My Fitbit worked fine from December until about a week ago and I never had to do a thing but charge it every 3 days or so. I did not buy this watch to constantly do work arounds. Sorry to unload on you on this reply but I am disappointed this expensive watch lasted less than 6 months. Back to my Timex.

Nelly, Thanks for checking in. Turning it off and on doe not work. I just received my replacement Fitbit Versa that I will be setting up this evening.

Glad you got it sorted (and hope the replacement works well!) @DKJAX
