Bluetooth Missing from Versa Lite Settings

I am trying to add a Bluetooth device to my Versa Lite. The directions say go to the tracker settings and then go to Bluetooth and add device.

 

In the settings there is no Bluetooth option. My Versa Lite is connected to my phone through Bluetooth, but the setting option is not on my device.

The phone is already connected. I am trying to connect to a Bluetooth device (exercise equipment) and the Bluetooth option in my settings on the actual versa Lite is missing to add the device.

 

According to Fitbit I should have a Bluetooth option in settings and it does not.
