I am unable to keep bluetooth connection with my iPhone XR and my versa. Per the help agent Augusto, apparently my phone is not compatible with the Fitbit app, even though in this article https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/ it states that it is. This is false advertising, and either this article needs to be updated or there needs to be a new update for the app that works with all new iphones. I am also very unsatisfied that I had to "blog" a comment to get my problem heard as there is no guarantee that it will be forwarded on to the developers from the help desk. Seriously?!

Hi, in principle Fitbit supports your iPhone, but if you read the message on top of the mentioned page, you'll will notice ans see an apology by Fitbit that there is a temporary problem with syncing and the new update: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1. Hope this helps and just be patient, problem will be solved soon.
