I mean.... SERIOUSLY!!!

I've been dealing with nothing but problems from this stupid watch since September. First i couldnt get the music on my watch after trying to sync for three months, talking to CS via phone and chat. I finally gave the hack up on even trying to get music on my watch and accepted that just wasnt a feature i was going to be able to use on my watch. So I tried to restart my watch and nothing, didn't even come back on and it has a full charge. Fitbit send me A REPLACEMENT watch. i get it in the mail, all excited thinking "Yay, maybe all my troubles are gonna and i can actually use my watch for the purposes it was intended to use!". Try to set up the replacement watch and it won't ever get past setting up the wifi.

Fitbit....listen, i have given you multiple chances to get your stuff together, turn this around so I could walk away a satisfied customer. Clearly, that isn't going to happen in this lifetime. I will be throwing this watch in the trash where it belongs. Maybe you should leave the smatch watch to the companies who actually have working, functioning smatch watches like Apple or Samsung

Done with Fitbit,

It could just be terrible timing for you. There's a lot of people having issues right now due to the latest firmware update which they have now revoked.

At this point, I'd settle for the watch telling time....but it cant even do that either since i cant set it up.

I'm putting this thing back in the box, going to target and buying a regular watch. At least IT will tell the correct time

Oh wow!

I remember seeing your post a while back. Sorry your having issues because I love my watch so much 😞 what exactly is going on with it? can you hold down the left button and the bottom right button and force it to restart?

Did that three times with CS on the phone, even tried to do it with my laptop with Windows 10. NOthing, couldn't set it up, nothing

IF I decide to continue using a Fitbit device, i will look at using one of the simpler trackers that just tell time and your steps each day. Smart watches aren't the way to go with Fitbit
