Bluetooth headphone issues

I specifically got the Versa so I can make playlists for my gym time. My connection while inside is perfect, but when I leave the gym to walk home, or take my exercise outside, it seems like the connection is very spotty and my music comes in and out. My headphones are new -- purchased specifically for this use -- is this normal?

Accepted Solutions

@KrisDC such is the nature of Bluetooth connectivity. I had it happen with various headphones and my phone as well. I think only Bose held their ground. As it is obviously a two-way street, perhaps you could test a different set of Bluetooth earbuds? I know it's not an optimal solution but pretty much common for Bluetooth audio devices used outdoors.

Thanks -- good to know I'm not the only one who has dealt with this.
