Duplicate message on a transaction received

Hello,

 

I started using my new FitBit Versa for the past few days.

 

On Friday the 1st of February, I used it to draw some cash from an ANZ ATM in a local Shopping Center.

Instead of being notified on the cash withdrawel, I received again a message about lunch paid in a restaurnat on Wednesday (2 days before)

 

Any idea why?

@alex4orly I'm assuming you have set your banking app notifications to show on your Versa. It's a known bug. From time to time Versa displays old, expired notifications. It's like some notifications dont get cleared from Fitbit app notification channel and get "resurrected" when the new notification from that particular app comes through. Just reboot your phone and Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears). That should resolve the issue, at least for now.

The fact I got the same message twice is less important, but I didn't get a message about taking  CASH money out of the ATM

@alex4orly unfortunately it happens. Sometimes when I get notification on WhatsApp the old one pops up instead of new one.

Thanks for the feedback.

As I said before, I am less concerned about the duplication reporting and more about the fact that I didn't get a notification about the cash transaction at the ATM.

I resolved it only after removing the versa from my phone and started again a new setup
