Bluetooth headphones not pairing

Hi,

New to Versa and recently got JBL Inspire 500 headphones, my Versa is not connecting to it though and it's proving quite frustrating, I've tried everything in terms of restarting, turning off and even unpairing the device from my phone, the Versa picks it up and starts to 'pair' with the headphone but nothing ever happens just doesn't find the connection, any suggestions?

A warm welcome to the Community @HSLO.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having issues adding your Bluetooth headphones to your Versa? Please take a look at the help article How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch? and make sure you are doing those steps in order to add your headphones.

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy

I have been able to get mine to work now. I turned off all other Bluetooth devices in the house and I turned the headphones off and on whilst the fit bit was searching for them. If you can get the headphones to show the blue flashing light where the white charge light shows they should then be able to pair. I hope that this helps xx
