I got a beats Bluetooth and it won’t connect to Versa. Help! Very frustrated

@Sarahbl2002 did you pair the beats with other device before Versa? If yes, you need to reset the buds and put them in the pairing mode according to the manufacturer instructions. For more information on how to connect Bluetooth device to your Versa, check this help article.
