my versa was able to sync twice before but I'm having trouble syncing it again. I wanna update my watch face and steps.

Hi, would you be so kind to give us some more information, such as Phone, used Firmware on the Versa and also what you mean exactly with updating my watch face, e.g. do you want another clock face installed or just updating the data? We need that information in order to be of help.
