I’ve asked this question in some of my replies to different post but never had it answered. Is it possible some people will never get proper HR tracking or detailed sleep stages even if their Versa is working properly. I’m just wondering if certain people have something in their body makeup that won’t allow the Versa to work. I’ve heard of some people trying 3 or 4 different ones and haven’t been able to get any of them to work.

Hi there @Gadams99, good to see you again and my apologies for the late response. This is a great question. Accuracy in Heart rate is affected by personal physiology, location of wear, and type of movement. Movement, temperature, humidity, stress level, physical body position, caffeine intake, and medication use are just a few things that can affect your heart rate. Different medical conditions and medications can impact your heart rate. For this type of scenarios is better to consult a physician before start an exercise routine.
In addition, Heart rate tracking may not perform well when there are tattoos on the wrist area. Also some accessory bands may not perform well for heart rate tracking, we recommend wearing a classic band for optimal results.
Hope this helps and let me know if you have other questions.
