My Versa has stopped syncing properly about 2 months ago and about a month after that it started not registering my steps in my challenge group .... which in hindsight was not all that important but this week I noticed it is not tracking my bpm at all .... seeing that this was one of the main reasons I got Fitbit in the first place now I am stomped .....
i hv tried everything I can think of to fix this by myself to no avail.... please please please help
I am an avid fan of fitbit, I love the sense of community and challenges it provides ....I have always been satisfied with all that Fitbit embodies....however I don’t have the financial to get new Fitbit every year ...when I changed my charge 2 to Versa about a year ago I was hoping to use it for longer than this , so if there is anyway to fix it please let me know..... thank you

Hi @emuzer what phone are you using? Isnit on the Supported Devices List?
Have you trued restartingnit several times? Or a Factory Reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About)?

my phone is iPhone XR
I did try restarting it several times with no results .... and I have just tried a Factory Reset but still not working ...I don’t know what else to do

Ok thanks for that information. It should work with the XR. Probably your best option is to contact Support and see if they are able to help as the restarts and factory reset havent done anything. I hope they can get it going again for you.
