I have a versa 2 it will read bpm sitting on my finger using just it’s own weight and work. Place it on my wrist strap it down or let it sit it won’t work. I touch it like a butterfly and it works. I’m completely confused. I have cleaned the sensor, heck I even shaved some hair off of my arm. Everything listed I’ve tried. Am I the only one . Lol

Hi @Ubreal - by any chance do you have tattoos or marks on the skin? Try wearing it on the other arm or underneath on clear skin.
