Brand new versa not tracking my steps

I just bought this, set it up and wore it today with my phone (also tracks) and i got sround 5 k steps and it tracked only 67!! This is my 9th fitbit device.  Thry die within a week or less!

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times by pressing the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fibit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support
